- Important Note About Use of Playin' Possum:
-
- Playin' Possum can be a dangerous program if used improperly.
-
- If you do play a "prank" on another user, please make sure that
- you are there when he attempts to use his Macintosh. That way,
- Playin' Possum can truly be the "harmless" joke that it was
- meant to be. If you are not there, the user may think that his
- Macintosh is broken. Then the user will turn for help at his dealer
- or at a user group. Dealers and user groups have too much to do
- already, without having to deal with problems caused by misuse
- of Playin' Possum.
-
- Also, since disabling Playin' Possum requires an extra system
- disk, please have one ready. That way you can easily slip in the
- disk and remove Playin' Possum. Otherwise, you may realize too
- late that neither one of you has an extra system disk.
-
- I hope that all users of Playin' Possum will use it properly. The
- Mac can be a lot of fun. Playin' Possum can be a lot of fun. Let's
- keep it that way.
-
- Thanks,
- Adam Stein
